About the position
As Head of Quality, HSE & CSR, you will have overall responsibility for driving and developing our work within quality, HSE, and CSR. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards across projects and functions – from standards and system administration to CE marking, quality management, and ESG initiatives.
You will also have responsibility for a student assistant, with whom you will collaborate closely and support in line with the department’s needs. In addition, you will be an active member of the company’s occupational health and safety organization, thereby taking on a central role in developing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment across the organization.
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Standards and norms: administration, advisory, and system support
- Information and construction systems: including Dalux and the D4 intranet
- CE marking: responsibility for documentation and declarations of conformity
- Quality management: sourcing, inspections, and documentation, including lessons learned
- HSE: workplace safety, audits, site support, and follow-up on both new sales projects and aftermarket projects
- ESG / CSR: policies, action plans, screening, and reporting
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and management, taking on a central role in further developing our processes and ensuring a high level of quality and responsibility throughout the organization.
Your profile
We are looking for a structured and dedicated leader who thrives in a role that combines both operations and development. We imagine that you have:
- Solid experience in quality management and HSE
- Knowledge of CSR/ESG and reporting
- Experience with system administration (e.g. Dalux or similar)
- Familiarity with CE marking and relevant standards
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in Danish and English
- Ready to take the lead and continue the improvement of AET’s QHSE area
- Willing to both be part of decision making but also to do the “bread-and-butter work”
